A)     Go to Ranch.
B)     Set up at the usual Parking Lot spot.
C)     Play a few bars of The Dying Rabbit Blues.
D)     Have a foursome come trotting in.
E)     Miss.  Three shots.  At broadside.  Standing.  Coyotes.

The coyote jinx that has dogged me for 25 years is still in effect.  I probably average 4 shots per dead coyote.
The range was 160-250 yards, from the sit.  I knew I pulled low on one of them, don't understand the other misses.

Had a flock of 7 well-bearded gobblers on Grasshopper.
Noticed that the frog chorus from the pond sometimes ceased.  Since it was a full moon I sneaked over there, expecting to see deer or pigs wandering about.  While I sat, the croaking would occasionally stop for a few minutes and then start up again but I saw no mammals.
Lots of pig sign all over, some pretty fresh, but no pigs in sight.
2 drowned rats in the John.
