Yes, it looks like Wibby got skunked again at the ranch, a rare event. But I did have a good but narrow 3-ptr in my sights on two occasions (saved it for Craig, as it was haunting Ronnie's Swale). And I did get that little pig with my .44 (using bullets cast by Joe Amaral years ago).
I'm off to Siskiyou today, trading the final two weekends for the chance at a 4-pt buck and a yogi.
I think no one is ranching this weekend.
David: By report, Bill tells me that the two pig carcases from the previous week stunk so much they had to drag them with the jeep off to South Flat, and the big dead digger in Paradise got cut up to get dumped into the Canyon in the road on Watercompany, just after the gate, in the area we call The Dust Bowl.
